I built and ran an AI-powered sales voice agent for an Australian Agency, using Retell AI, n8n, and Twilio to handle over 500 outbound calls for a paying client. I used prompt engineering to shape and adjust the agent’s responses.

In my data analytics dashboard practice, I cleaned and organized raw data before building reports in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. I checked the finished dashboards against the source data to catch mistakes.

I also planned how customer and vehicle records should connect in a car wash business management app, built with Replit and AI-assisted development. I’m a B.Com graduate in Finance with a working understanding of finance and business fundamentals, and I’m interested in reviewing and evaluating AI-generated content.
