I'm looking to build production AI agents or data products where I can apply LLMs, conversational AI, SQL, and analytics to solve measurable business problems.

At GetVocal AI, I build and deploy client-facing AI voice agents that run end-to-end conversations using LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

I design graph-based conversational flows for multi-turn dialogue, edge cases, and handoffs, while improving reliability through multi-provider speech-to-text and text-to-speech fallbacks. I also iterate on prompts and A/B test agent versions to improve production accuracy, latency, and consistency.

I shipped a debt-collection voice agent that handled 30,000+ conversations across 9,000+ contacts without human intervention and achieved a 5% payment agreement rate. Previously at Siemens Energy, I automated Power BI reporting to reduce reporting time by 30% and used SQL and ETL processes to improve sales-data analysis.
