At Cross Country Healthcare, I manage end-to-end delivery of a healthcare workforce data platform on AWS. I built an Apache Iceberg lakehouse that processes about 170,000 active job listings twice daily, and scaled one source to 111 employer sources without SQL changes for new employers.
I also built a PII-safe candidate identity-resolution service that unifies records from four applicant tracking systems, and delivered data-reconciliation pipelines for tables with 8.6M–41M rows. Earlier at Simform and Volansys Technologies, I built client products including a delivery marketplace backend and a timesheet platform; independently, I designed and built Skink, a B2B email verification API.
