At MTN Irancell, I've led program control and monitoring for approximately $250 million in annual CAPEX, supporting nearly 4,000 BTS roll-outs, modernization of approximately 4,000 sites to 3G and 4G, approximately 1,700 5G launches, and about 5,000 km of fiber deployment across Iran.
I've transformed contractor payments from a manual paper process into a transparent online workflow, cutting cycle time from about 40 to 20 days and delivering an MVP within two weeks during COVID-19 lockdowns. I grew the function from 6 to 15 people, promoted three direct reports into management, strengthened project governance and audit readiness, and supported USO claims settlement of approximately 5 trillion Tomans.
