What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining counseling and coordination where I can lead teams, deliver client-focused interventions, and develop staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

I am an M.Sc. Applied Psychology professional with hands-on experience in therapeutic counseling, academic coordination, and customer support operations. I have worked as a Therapeutic Counselor (internship) at a drug rehabilitation center, Coordinator at Bahria Foundation College, and in multiple supervisory and managerial roles within UK-based call centers and a CATV+DATA company, where I led teams, managed training, and oversaw customer service performance.

I blend clinical training (case histories, seminars on Beck’s cognitive model and Gestalt therapy, and research on adjustment and acceptance) with practical operations experience—project management, CSR supervision, examinations and discipline oversight, and staff training. I seek roles where I can apply psychological expertise alongside coordination and team leadership to improve client outcomes and organizational performance.
