In my freelance work as an Independent Product & Technology Consultant, I manage end-to-end delivery for B2B digital platforms—requirements gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing client communication. I’ve led admin panels, vendor dashboards, and REST APIs, and I’ve worked directly with clients on feature prioritization and operational changes across multiple concurrent projects.

Recently, at Electronics For You (EFY) Group, I contributed to an EXPO event platform used by 10,000+ users, supporting registration, QR entry, payments, and admin dashboards. I also collaborated with operations teams to convert manual workflows into digital processes, built/optimized APIs, and automated reporting to reduce manual effort and support higher transaction volumes.

I also bring a strong training and operations mindset from my time as a .NET Developer and Trainer, where I developed internal web apps for employee tracking and reporting and trained 20+ developers—improving training efficiency by 20%. Across my stack, I build with Node.js, .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python, Next.js, and REST APIs, and I’ve integrated AI and real-world communications using OpenAI/Gemini, Twilio, Asterisk, and Google Cloud.
