I've supported software quality at Holidays to Nepal Pvt. Ltd. by developing test plans and cases, executing manual and automated tests, supporting user acceptance testing, and documenting outcomes for audits. I collaborate with developers to resolve issues and help deliver software that meets requirements.

I've also improved AI model accuracy at RWS through high-quality text, image, and audio annotation, while evaluating responses for factual accuracy, tone, and safety. My projects include Postman testing for authentication and CRUD APIs and Cypress end-to-end automation for login, cart, checkout, and logout workflows using reusable Page Object Model code.
