At Magentic AI, I lead engineering across a multi-tenant HR SaaS platform and a real-estate marketing and analytics platform, owning backend architecture, React delivery, and deployment pipelines.

I built Satellite HR's BPMN-style workflow and approval engine, visual workflow designer, template platform, and privacy-aware search capabilities. I reduced workflow submission p50 latency from 7.8 seconds to 3.7 seconds and redesigned scheduling to drain a 5,000-item backlog without loss.

For MLSApartments, I own major NestJS and React modules spanning reporting, leads, referrals, scheduling, and multi-tenant functionality. My database indexing and N+1 query work cut monthly reporting queries from roughly 246 to 18.

Previously at Zenoholics, I developed Vexa, an AI counseling platform with real-time chat, counselor-specific assistants, scheduling, and separate client and counselor dashboards. I also build distributed Python ingestion pipelines that reliably process MLS and analytics data at scale.
