I've led footwear product development, sourcing, commercialization, and quality operations for Larsen & Toubro, DAR Group, AFPL Global, KPMG Advisory Services, Bata India, Pentland India Trading, and international manufacturing organizations.

At DAR Group, I led development teams delivering on-time buys for Heel & Buckle London, integrated PLM into design workflows, and improved margins by 20% through vendor and supplier negotiations. At Pentland India Trading, I delivered 100% on-time samples and achieved 100% target pricing for SMUs while supporting Kickers and Ted Baker product development.

My work spans leather and non-leather footwear, safety footwear, molds, patterns, technical packages, pre-production trials, quality systems, supplier development, and production scale-up. I've also reduced rework from 12% to 4%, scaled ready-to-inject production from 2,000 to 4,500 pairs per day with less than 1% rejection, and trained more than 2,000 individuals through footwear skill-development programs.

I'm driven by practical problem-solving: improving product quality and comfort, strengthening vendor capability, controlling costs, and helping teams turn development concepts into reliable market-ready products.
