At Setfords Solicitors, I handle personal injury claims independently across administration, pre-litigation and post-litigation. I manage matters through to settlement or trial.

Previously at OCL Solicitors, I managed claimant and defendant personal injury and credit hire litigation, including a caseload of 150+ live cases. I assess liability and quantum, draft pleadings, prepare evidence, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.

My litigation background also includes financial litigation at Cheval Legal and motor defendant personal injury, MOJ, credit hire and small claims work at BLM LLP. I have achieved successful trial results and settlements, while working directly with clients, insurers, solicitors, counsel, experts and third parties.

I'm a UK-qualified Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEx, with an LLB (Hons). I'm looking to apply my litigation foundation to commercial disputes, insurance litigation, construction disputes and international arbitration.
