Represented clients in county court hearings for debt recovery and civil disputes across London and the South East; attended 40+ hearings including parking disputes, return of goods and application hearings, managing instructions and liaising with courts and instructing solicitors.

Researched regulatory requirements for medical device certifications (UK and EU) and supported client-facing activity for public and private health sector customers, drafting client correspondence and responding to sales and after-sales queries.

Performed administration tasks for an internal audit including data entry and collaborated with a team to meet audit deadlines and process requirements.

Communicated with courts and clients, analysed strengths and weaknesses of property and landlord-tenant claims, and prepared and submitted court forms under tight deadlines.

Prepared a 10-page compliance analysis of Kent Traffic Law against Bar Standards Board rules for a self-employed barrister; work was adopted as a reference for website development.

Proofread, reviewed and assisted drafting commercial and corporate contracts including shareholder, international supply and term loan agreements during two summer placements, enhancing practical understanding of corporate agreements.
