What I'm looking for

I’m excited to join a fast-moving product team where I can own end-to-end UX, collaborate tightly with engineering, and use analytics to iterate. I want a role that values design quality, clarity, and visual polish—especially for complex B2B workflows.

I’m a Product Designer with 3+ years shipping end-to-end product experiences at YC-backed startups. I design and build, comfortable in Figma and in code, with a strong instinct for clarity, usability, and visual polish across complex B2B workflows.

At Thera (YC S22), I’ve been the sole remote designer for the entire Thera platform, owning every screen, flow, and component across a global payroll product used by international teams. I designed and shipped end-to-end UX for Onboarding, Contractor Management, US Payroll, EOR, Compliance & Taxes, Invoicing, Thera Wallet, Thera Advance, Bill Pay, and Treasury.

I’ve also contributed end-to-end beyond core UX—design-engineering product features directly in React (TypeScript) to bridge design and front-end implementation, and using product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude) to iterate based on real user behavior. Previously at Glimpse (YC S20), I combined UX instincts with conversion metrics, running 20 A/B tests and CRO experiments to drive a 56.6% improvement in key conversion metrics.
