For the Nova Retail project, I developed a three-page interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze sales, profitability, and performance across regions, products, customers, and salespeople. I cleaned and transformed the data with Power Query, then created a star-schema model and DAX measures.
The dashboard highlighted that the South was the highest-revenue region at $4.53M and showed a high-revenue laptop product with an 11% profit margin.
For my MSc project, UK Road Accident Data Analysis, I used Microsoft Excel to clean and prepare the dataset and Tableau to visualize accident patterns. I also forecasted 2023 figures and interpreted the findings to develop data-driven recommendations; the project received Grade A (73%).
My professional experience includes operations at Amazon and document control at New Smile Family Dental Hospital and Desart Interiors. In document control, I managed records and revision processes, supported reviews and audits, and implemented practical workflow improvements.
