I lead quality assurance and quality control for complex manufacturing, focused on implementing Quality Assurance Systems aligned with global practices. I control inspection and auditing processes for plants and guide engineers through in-process and final inspection of power transformers.
In my current role, I’ve driven successful pre-qualification audits with ADDC (ABU DHABI DISTRIBUTION CO), ORIGIS Energy USA, and NTDC Pakistan—backed by zero customer complaints from in-service transformers across UAE and Pakistan. I also own QA/QC execution for major transformer projects, including 7.8 MVA, 20 MVA, and 40 MVA units.
Earlier, I established inspection procedures for FBR Track and Trace Applicator Control Panels, including Factory Acceptance Test checklists and Certificates of Compliance—then supported post-installation audits across Pakistan’s cement industries. I’ve also implemented ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 4500:2018, strengthened customer-complaint handling and audit readiness, and applied lean/Kaizen and 5S/quality techniques to improve quality monitoring and safety.
