What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a cybersecurity role where I can investigate security events, strengthen threat detection and incident response, and apply hands-on SIEM, network defense, vulnerability assessment, and IoT security skills.

I've built and secured an MQTT-based IoT data pipeline during the Hydroficient IoT Cyber Defense Externship, using Python, TLS/mTLS, and PKI authentication to protect sensor telemetry from replay attacks and data injection.

I tested replay, tampering, and eavesdropping attacks with layered defenses including HMAC authentication, timestamp validation, and sequence counters, achieving a 100% detection rate. I also developed a real-time monitoring dashboard and trained an Isolation Forest model to flag anomalous IoT sensor behavior.

Through hands-on blue-team projects, I've investigated over 100,000 Wazuh security events, detected SSH brute-force activity, analyzed attack traffic in Wireshark, and mapped findings to MITRE ATT&CK. My leadership experience has also strengthened my incident reporting, triage, prioritization, and ability to stay composed during high-volume operations.
