What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product team where I can lead UX/UI and collaborate tightly with development and business, with room to grow. I want a creative, focused, analytical environment where design decisions translate into real outcomes.

➔ I'm Rute, a Senior Product Designer (with Front-end Knowledge) based in Lisboa, Portugal. Helping build digital B2C, B2B, SaaS and other products for enterprises and startups since 2016 and freelancing as a designer since 2013.

➔ My focus is usability, accessibility and scalability, while improving the relationship and collaboration between designers, developers and product teams. I believe in inclusive and universal design as well as having the same language between departments in order to build and deliver the most solid products. The integration of AI tools has been a big part of many of my processes.
