I'm looking to lead enterprise technology, cybersecurity governance, compliance, and operational modernization in a high-accountability environment where I can translate strategy into resilient, measurable outcomes.

I've led enterprise IT, cybersecurity governance, and mission-critical technology operations across civilian and classified environments. At the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, I modernized legacy infrastructure, improved resilience to near-continuous uptime, and led PCI compliance delivery across 23 independent agencies.

As CIO, I directed 15 permanent staff and contingent resources, managed vendor and contract accountability, and aligned technology delivery with organizational priorities. I also oversaw public-facing commerce systems and internal platforms supporting more than $115M in annual revenue.

At NCIS, I conduct digital forensic examinations and lead technical response for sensitive investigations, producing defensible material supporting proceedings involving 200+ individuals. Earlier CIA work included assessing foreign information systems, directing technology initiatives, and reducing project schedules by 20% as Interim Division Chief.
