What I'm looking for

I’m undergoing formal training in HR and Talent Acquisition and want to apply my experience in curriculum design, staff mentoring, and program coordination to support talent development and organizational learning.

At Bright Elly Preschool, Daycare, and Learning Center, I coordinated teaching across Daycare, Playgroup, and Kindergarten, and taught Playgroup and Kindergarten classes to pilot lesson plans and evaluate student engagement.

I coached and mentored educators, implementing play-based, phonics, and numeracy curricula. I also shared progress reports with executive leadership to guide program improvements.
