I’m a dedicated physiotherapist focused on enhancing patient mobility, function, and overall well-being using evidence-based care. I bring strong foundations in biomechanics, human anatomy, physiology, and functional movement analysis to guide practical, individualized treatment.

Currently, I’m working with WORK Sportsync India in New Delhi, building my experience in on-field physiotherapy, injury management, and emergency care for athletes and active individuals. I’m skilled in kinesiotherapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation strategies, and mobility enhancement, along with electrotherapy techniques and hands-on manual therapy.

My training includes a 6-month internship trainee experience at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute across Orthopedics, Neurology, Gastrology, and Pediatrics, plus multiple student clinical postings totaling 200+ hours across several clinical settings. I also support health awareness through free community physiotherapy health camps and volunteer work such as “Khelo India Para Games 2025,” reinforcing my commitment to preventive care, patient education, and community-oriented rehabilitation.
