Dr Nikhat Siddiqui

I’m a licensed physiotherapist with hands-on experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, and improving patient mobility through individualized, therapeutic exercise–based care. I focus on clinical assessment, clear treatment planning, and helping patients understand what to do and why.

Across my clinical training and internships, I developed strong skills in orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy. I also built confidence in manual therapy, electrotherapy techniques, and post-surgical rehabilitation to support recovery across different patient needs.

From Jan 2018 to Jan 2023 as a Physio Physiotherapist, I assessed patients’ conditions and delivered personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education for posture correction, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. I maintained accurate records, monitored progress, and collaborated with doctors and healthcare teams.

I’m proud to have successfully improved mobility for 100+ patients with musculoskeletal conditions, reduced recovery time through effective techniques, and maintained high patient satisfaction through personalized care. My approach is rooted in communication, empathy, and teamwork—so patients regain function and confidence.
