I'm leading end-to-end QA delivery at Motivity Labs for TELUS Health and Cottonwood Financial Services, covering functional, API, database, and GenAI/RAG-based application testing.
I've designed test strategies for RAG pipelines, prompt and response accuracy, and AI application behavior. I also automate workflows with Reflect.run and use Cline via MCP to generate test cases from JIRA user stories.
Across Motivity Labs, Accenture, and Wipro, I've built Selenium and C# automation frameworks, led distributed QA teams, established testing processes, and delivered releases with zero UAT or production defects.
