I'm seeking an entry-level role in operations, data and document processing, client support, trust and safety, or sales development.

At Natural Aim, I managed daily operations at a multi-brand distribution center for packaged food, frozen food, and beverages. I coordinated four staff members and maintained accurate inventory records, including storage checks for frozen and perishable items.

At FastInfo, I contacted clients for feedback on legal services, documented interactions, and coordinated complaint resolution with internal teams. I also prepared reports on client feedback and service performance.
