I’m looking for a role where I can lead frontend architecture and performance optimization, build reusable component systems in React/Next.js, and mentor engineers—while delivering production-ready, accessible products in an Agile, high-ownership culture.

I’m an Associate Tech Lead (Front End) with 7+ years of experience delivering scalable, responsive, high-performance web applications. I’ve led frontend development efforts and mentored team members while building business-critical solutions across telecommunications, healthcare, fintech, government, and engineering data management domains.

My core strengths are application architecture, reusable component engineering, state management, and performance optimization—backed by strong API integration and user experience design. I work confidently across modern frontend technologies including React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and REST APIs, with a strong focus on accessible, responsive UI aligned with WCAG.
