I’m a seasoned AI Engineer with “10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale software, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions.” I specialize in LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on turning models into reliable products.

At 7-Eleven, I architected and led the development of enterprise-scale AI platforms for customer engagement, intelligent automation, and data-driven decisioning across multiple business domains. I designed and deployed Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for production use cases like semantic search, knowledge assistants, and workflow automation.

I established end-to-end MLOps frameworks on cloud infrastructure—covering scalable training, deployment, monitoring, and governance for production-grade machine learning. I also provide technical leadership across AI strategy and engineering teams, mentoring engineers and aligning architecture standards with business objectives.

Previously at SiriusXM, I developed large-scale recommendation and personalization systems for millions of streaming users. I built and optimized machine learning pipelines and distributed data processing for feature engineering, ranking models, and real-time inference, improving experimentation quality through A/B testing and model iteration.
