I’m looking to lead QA and test automation for AI-powered, voice-enabled products—owning release validation, building Playwright frameworks, and partnering with Agile teams to improve quality and speed.

I’m a results-driven QA Lead with 4+ years of experience across manual testing, test automation, and API testing for SaaS and AI-powered products. I build Playwright automation frameworks from scratch, automate regression suites, and lead release validation for voice-based AI platforms.

At SymTrain, I lead a 4-member QA team and take full ownership of QA for multiple production releases. I built a Playwright automation framework and automated 180+ test cases, reducing regression testing time by 30% while improving release confidence, including end-to-end testing of Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), audio playback, voice simulation, and user workflows.

Previously at Prisms Infosystem and Spring Computing, I strengthened my quality craft by testing ERP web/mobile workflows, validating EdTech and Finance modules, designing test plans and regression scenarios, and using SQL/phpMyAdmin for backend data validation.
