I’m a Data Analyst and Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience building dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. I’m remote-ready (UTC+2 to UTC+8 overlap) and I’ve worked remotely for 2+ years with multicultural teams.

I work confidently across the full Microsoft Power BI suite—Desktop, Service, and Report Builder—using DAX, Power Query (M language), and ETL processes to transform complex datasets into clear, impactful visualizations. I also design data models (star/snowflake schema), automate refreshes, and apply governance with Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).

At Tengizchevroil (TCO), I developed Power BI reporting that streamlined management communication and access, set up alarms and collaboration channels through MS Teams and SharePoint, and automated collection and reporting of job completion and readiness—reducing 2024 turnaround duration by 10%. I also established a clean, consistent project data collection and warehousing approach, and my analysis of PSSR findings closure lagging metrics led to a 20% increase in findings’ clearance.

What motivates me most is turning raw data into meaningful insights that drive decisions, strategies, and actions. I’m intentionally shifting my career toward full-time data analytics, bringing strong analytical thinking, proactive automation, and clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
