What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an accounting role where I can manage reconciliations, schedules, journal entries, and financial reporting while partnering with teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate month-end close.

At Swickard Auto Group, I manage accounting schedules, bank and cash reconciliations, flooring reconciliations, and vehicle inventory reconciliations to keep dealership records accurate and supported.

I prepare journal entries, reserve statements, check requests, product cancellations, and dealer trades. I also work with dealership teams to research discrepancies, obtain missing information, and resolve accounting questions.

I support month-end close and financial statement responsibilities using Reynolds & Reynolds and Microsoft Excel to review transactions, analyze information, and maintain schedules.

Previously, I managed inventory activity at Feature and supported bookkeeping, financial documents, invoices, payments, scheduling, and daily operations at ABC Locksmith Company.
