I’m a Junior Data Operations Analyst who moved from a career change into data and workflow configuration for an enterprise document management platform. My focus is making sure information moves correctly between systems and that automated processes do exactly what the analysis documents promise.

In my current role (since September 2024), I read functional analysis documents and translate them into working platform workflows—covering routing, approvals, and automated actions. I extract and transform data using JSONata, consume REST API responses, run database queries to validate and cross-check results, and use JavaScript snippets to control dynamic form behavior. I also handle structured imports/exports in Excel and CSV, and generate Word documents from templates with dynamic fields.

Before this, I completed an internship as a Junior Full Stack Developer (2022–2023), where I built and consumed REST APIs with Node.js and JavaScript, worked with MongoDB and SQL, and supported data modeling with Entity Framework in C#. I built full web applications with ASP.NET Core and React in an Agile team, keeping strong attention on input validation and reliable data storage/retrieval.

I work comfortably with clients across banking, natural resources, energy, and public institutions where accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable. I support major clients through ticket management and troubleshooting, deliver platform training in plain language, and I’m continuing to build my capabilities through the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.
