Rosie Trinh

I am a qualified CPA with extensive hands-on experience in financial reporting, fixed asset and tax accounting across both private and public sectors. I combine deep technical accounting knowledge with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage large datasets and produce accurate financial reports.

At the Australian National University I oversee general ledger processes, student accommodation financials, investor reconciliations and year-end reporting, and I report directly to the Finance Director. I led projects that rebuilt revenue models, automated payroll accruals, and corrected historical accounting errors.

Previously, I managed end-to-end fixed asset controls and AASB 16 lease accounting at the University of Canberra, and supported group cashflow, reconciliations and BAS lodgements at Geocon Group. I have practical experience across month-end, audit support and tax compliance.

I am energetic, dedicated to continuous improvement, and focused on enhancing efficiency through process automation, stronger controls and clear stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable cost savings and reporting accuracy.
