At Perficient India, I built automated evaluation pipelines for Ford Gen AI Enterprise Platform & LLM Evaluation using Playwright and Arize AI to monitor model performance, detect hallucinations, and measure response drift.
For ADI Coveo Search, I architected Playwright end-to-end tests for search integrations and relevance, and validated backend responses against expected data. I also tested cross-browser and mobile accessibility using BrowserStack and LambdaTest.
On Ford Analytics & Metrics, I wrote Playwright test suites to verify data layers, event triggers, and engagement metrics, and integrated automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines. My work also includes REST API testing, database validation, and testing agent behavior and enterprise safety guardrails.

Integrated relational database testing with PostgreSQL and executed non-functional quality testing including latency, accessibility, and cross-environment execution.
Architected automated end-to-end Playwright test scenarios for complex search algorithms and Coveo search integrations, validating dynamic indexing and search relevance logic.
