At Vertex Special Technology, I led end-to-end QA across web, mobile, REST APIs, and SQL layers, balancing automated regression suites with detailed manual testing for pre-release quality.

I build BDD automation suites with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Stellar Framework, and validate API payloads, response codes, business rules, and backend flows using Postman. My work includes testing ScanIT’s AI OCR workflows, AI Stellar’s prompt-based testing features, and Yantra HRMS role-based user journeys.

I also collaborate in Scrum planning, manage defects through Jira, perform root-cause and regression verification, and mentor QA interns. Previously at Vianet Communication, I diagnosed network and connectivity issues and escalated infrastructure defects with reproducible support documentation.
