I am a Registered Civil Engineer focused on cost engineering and quantity surveying, dedicated to accurate estimates and disciplined budget control.

I review plans, prepare estimates and bill of quantities used for bidding, outsource unit prices based on materials specification, and prepare Unit Price Analysis to complete works. I validate cost proposals submitted by contractors and evaluate bidders’ contracts to ensure scope completeness.

I have served as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Engineer, Procurement Specialist and Billing Engineer, handling procurement, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, monthly progress billing, variation orders, and contractor billing monitoring. I use AutoCAD, MS Excel, PlanSwift and SAP to support project workflows and reporting.
