At MBH Bank, I own end-to-end delivery for features and projects across mobile, web, and installed direct banking. I write requirements and specifications, align with vendors, and carry work through UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
On a high-availability platform re-architecture, I played a major role in moving the system from a single processing path to multi-threaded operation, reaching roughly four times faster performance in testing. I also work on mobile card digitisation and propose customer-centric alternatives to specified solutions.
At Innoveo AG, I ran discovery with senior client stakeholders for Skye, a low-code insurance platform, and shaped solutions for life, motor liability, home, and other insurance. I worked across four agile teams and presented increments to clients around the world.
I built Sepercalatt, a live Hungarian exchange marketplace, using AI coding agents under rules I wrote and verify. It includes a trade state machine, chat, Stripe payments and subscriptions, and automatic Billingo e-invoicing with NAV reporting.
