At AKM Global, I reduced the PR-to-PO cycle from 5–10 days to 2–3 days, delivered 2–3% additional savings through pricing and payment-term negotiations, and coordinated international shipments across the US, Czech Republic, and China. I also established vendor performance monitoring using delivery, quality, responsiveness, and commercial KPIs and developed Excel-based RFx automation tools.

Across my procurement work, I've handled 1,500+ annual sourcing and purchase order requests, onboarded 300+ vendors, improved vendor issue resolution through Freshdesk, and maintained 98% procurement transaction accuracy.
