I am a junior software tester and IT support technician with formal Full Stack Development training (NQF 5) and ongoing ISTQB CTFL study. I have delivered first‑level technical support, installed and maintained hardware and software, and built basic web applications using HTML, CSS and Django backed by Selenium testing experience.
My achievements include completing Full Stack Development certifications through IT Varsity and FNB App Academy, applying SDLC and Agile testing principles, and contributing to small business web projects and quality assurance efforts.
