Romaan Dildar

I’m a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a foundation in data handling, administration, and analytical thinking, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Informatics. I’ve built my ability to manage information accurately, support decision-making, and improve processes through roles that required reliability and strong attention to detail.

From Jan 2020 to Jan 2023, I worked as a Tutor at Scholarly NGO, where I provided educational support and mentorship to students in need. I explained complex concepts, reviewed class materials, helped with homework and projects, and guided students to strengthen independent problem-solving.

I assessed learners’ strengths and weaknesses and developed personalized learning plans to address areas of improvement. I also supported exam preparation with test-taking strategies and practice tests, while maintaining open communication with students, parents, and Scholarly staff through progress reports and follow-ups.

In Feb 2024, I completed a 5-day training program at Signature Business Solutions in SQL, business analysis, and data reporting. I learned to write, execute, and optimize SQL queries on a MySQL database, and I developed proficiency in data reporting using Excel and SRSS to create, visualize, and present dashboards for different audiences.
