What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my CRM-led lead generation, outbound communication, and relationship skills to support customers and distributors, drive sales growth, and grow into a senior relationship or business development position.

I seek challenging opportunities where I can fully use my skills for the success of the organization. I’ve built my career across business development, back-office execution, and customer-facing relationship work, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving.

At HDB ﬁncial services (HDFC Bank, 2021–2022), I worked in credit card sales and loans on credit card, supporting branch banking process activities. I learned how to convert customer needs into actionable outcomes through structured sales execution and responsive service.

Later, at Antraweb technology pvt ltd (2022–2024), I worked as a Lead Department executive, creating leads in CRM, transferring them to the sales team, and taking follow up. Most recently at Cams pvt ltd (2024–2025), as a Virtual relationship manager for Kotak mutual fund, I handled outbound calls on a database, supported mutual fund distributors nationwide, and coordinated queries via mail to the MFD.
