What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior HR role where I can lead multi-site operations, build compliant HR programs, drive recruitment/retention, and partner with executives for strategic growth.

I am a human resources leader with over 25 years of progressive experience managing multi-site operations, recruitment, and employee relations across multiple states. I have overseen HR teams supporting more than 1,500 employees and rebuilt departments by establishing policies, workflows, and compliance frameworks.

My career includes roles as HR manager, regional HR manager, regional client manager, and division HR director where I led recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. I have implemented recruitment and retention strategies, conducted audits, and partnered with executives to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

I bring practical systems experience, including Paylocity and other payroll/HR platforms, and extensive experience with multi-state operations and regulations. I am fluent in Spanish and comfortable traveling extensively to support field operations and execute strategic plans.

Rooted in discipline from prior military service, I emphasize compliance, safety, and continuous improvement while fostering culture and innovation to drive growth and deliver excellent service to clients and customers.
