I’m a Results-driven Procurement and Logistics professional with a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management and over 5 years of experience in supply chain operations within a hardware business environment. I focus on procurement, logistics coordination, and accurate documentation to keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly.

At Nalongo Hardware, I’ve managed procurement of construction materials to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing. I source and negotiate with suppliers, maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock taking, coordinate transportation and delivery to customers and sites, and prepare purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

I monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and overstocking, ensure proper storage and handling of materials, and maintain strong supplier relationships. I also provide customer support and advise clients, and I’m now seeking to contribute to NGO and development programs with reliable procurement and logistics execution.
