At IWANT FIX INC., I coordinate site operations and subcontractors for building maintenance and renovation projects. I prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and supervise maintenance operations for RoRo vessels under Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation (APFC).
I coordinate multidisciplinary maintenance work across upholstery, carpentry, HVAC, electrical systems, welding and fabrication, and plumbing. I also monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
Previously, at PHASE DESIGN CONSTRUCTION, I managed residential and commercial projects from groundbreaking to turnover and coordinated with architects and MEP teams. My earlier construction experience included supervising mid-rise building work at Avseneca Construction Corporation and assisting with structural and finishing work at Thundersteel Builders & Dev. Corp. (TBDC).
