I've built Security Engineering and Vulnerability Management capabilities from scratch at Turno and Unico IDTech, strengthening application security, cloud security, security assessments, and engineering enablement.
At Unico IDTech, I increased OWASP SAMM maturity from 0.9 to 2.3 while implementing CI/CD security gates, pull-request blocking controls, and Security Champions initiatives. I also led Security Architecture, Application Security, Offensive Security, and Vulnerability Management in a high-growth IDTech environment.
My experience includes secure development and shift-left initiatives at PagSeguro, where I partnered with engineering and SRE teams on SAST, DAST, code review, security validation, web, API, and mobile products in a PCI-DSS-oriented payments environment.
