What I'm looking for

I’m targeting Head of FP&A or Finance Transformation mandates where I can build financial infrastructure, automate finance processes with AI, strengthen liquidity, and support capital-allocation decisions.

At Unidade de Oftalmologia de Coimbra, I built the clinic’s financial information system from scratch, including real-time billing dashboards on PHC Advanced ERP used by 16 people. I also own annual planning and forecasting for a €5M-revenue specialist clinic.

I use Python, LLM-based AI agents, and finance automation to improve treasury and billing analysis. My work cut the monthly close to five hours, improved working-capital forecasting, and helped recover previously uncollected high-margin revenue.

Previously, I reported to the CFO at Bluepharma, supporting strategic planning, closing, reporting, and transaction compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. I’m targeting Head of FP&A and Finance Transformation mandates where I can pair hands-on delivery with capital-allocation thinking.
