I've led enterprise application delivery for Internet of Things Philippines, Fabtech Group of Companies, and Eurolink Network International Corp., connecting business requirements to design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

At Eurolink, I led the full SDLC for the Electronic Claims System (eClaims), supporting more than 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. I helped deliver a PhilHealth-certified system on April 15, 2025 while meeting regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

I manage cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, QA, Technical Support, and Developers, including an 11-member team in my current role. My work spans stakeholder alignment, workflow analysis, REST API integration, incident resolution, UAT, release validation, and operational reliability.

Over 20+ years, I've built and supported .NET systems across healthcare, finance, retail, and global service environments. I bring hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, CI/CD automation, SQL databases, secure coding, and quality engineering.
