I’m an Admin Engineer with hands-on experience managing property development, improvement, and maintenance initiatives across commercial, industrial, residential, and land assets. I coordinate projects from planning through completion, blending project administration, operations coordination, procurement, contractor engagement, scheduling, documentation, and progress management.

In my current role at Lamco International Trading Co., Inc, I act as the owner’s representative by coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and business objectives are achieved. I monitor construction through regular site inspections, verifying work quality, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications.

I also plan, coordinate, and supervise repairs, renovations, facility upgrades, and preventive maintenance across multiple company properties. This includes identifying and managing contractors and service providers, reviewing quotations and cost estimates, and supporting cost-effective decision-making through technical proposal evaluation.

I’m diligent with technical documentation—maintaining and managing project records such as contracts, permits, plans, reports, and correspondence for traceability and easy retrieval. Earlier, I built field and monitoring experience as a Civil Engineering Intern by assisting with site inspections, documenting observations, supporting pre-construction activities, and maintaining project records and document control systems.
