What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute technical web development and operational management skills in a client-focused environment that values process improvement, digital innovation, continuous learning, and high service standards.

I develop responsive websites for small businesses, taking projects from planning and client requirements through launch, maintenance, and content updates.

For local business websites, I've used React.js, Sanity CMS, Firebase, and Tailwind CSS to deliver mobile-first experiences with contact forms and CMS functionality.

At APC, I managed daily operations, coordinated staff, schedules, and resources, and prepared reports to monitor performance. I also resolved customer and operational issues while identifying process improvements that strengthened efficiency and service quality.

I'm backed by an MSc in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Abertay University and bring analytical problem-solving, communication, and operational management experience to client-focused work.
