I’m CGMA-qualified and bring 8 years of experience across FP&A, supply chain finance, global services, and financial transformation in complex multinational environments. I’m known for stepping beyond core remit to own planning, governance, and strategic initiatives while partnering closely with senior leaders.
In my most recent role, I led the EMEA rollout of OneStream integrated planning—covering design, UAT, and region-wide data validation—to streamline planning workflows, strengthen controls, and improve data quality. I delivered end-user training and achieved 100% adoption across the EMEA FP&A community, then served as the post-launch point of expertise.
I’ve also redesigned planning processes to improve decision-ready reporting, including transforming management plan to legal view by coordinating FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and external consultants—reducing reconciliation effort and enabling tax-ready outputs. I run downside/upside scenarios (FX, volume, inflation) for business planning updates and support strategic portfolio decisions by consolidating and analyzing brand-level financials.
Across prior roles, I built scalable analytics and automation—developing Power BI dashboards that reduced manual reporting by ~5 hours during critical month end, improving headcount planning controls, and implementing hedge effectiveness analysis where none previously existed. I’ve consistently improved governance through SOX-aligned controls, BlackLine journal workflows, and automation (including VBA and Alteryx) that saved ~10 hours per quarter-end close and reduced resourcing for year-end exercises.
