What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design strategic, AI-enabled and immersive learning solutions that improve performance, working closely with SMEs and senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

I've designed and delivered learning solutions for Careem, Emirates Airline, BC Hydro, and Tata Interactive Systems across aviation, technology, energy, education, and financial contexts.

At Emirates, I delivered 50+ learning solutions, supported an LMS upgrade for more than 60,000 employees, and created a micro-learning approach that reduced classroom training by over 80% and production effort by at least 30%.

As an independent consultant with Advent AI Solutions, I'm testing AI and immersive learning technologies, designing AI literacy and tutoring programs, and evaluating tools, vendors, and partnerships for next-generation learning experiences.
