I’m a versatile professional with experience in design and data management, and I bring a strong track record in account management, training, and process improvement. I coordinate projects to meet tight deadlines while communicating effectively across teams, and I’m known for problem-solving and mentoring others.

As a CAD Designer with CSW Inc., I complete CAD drawings to drive the manufacturing of cutting dies for the packaging industry. I use CimPack, ArtiosCAD, and Impact (Arden), and I keep a searchable word doc reference to ensure relevant information and practices are easy to find and reuse.

Before focusing on CAD, I supported engineering-adjacent and customer-facing work that strengthened my execution and reliability. At L3Harris, I worked as a Test Technician, and in roles across Spectrum, Medical Motor Service, and Maximus, I delivered customer service and account support while adapting quickly to changing needs.

My background also includes quality and packaging design work. At Quality Industrial Coaters, I served as a Quality Inspector/Packer, and I’ve drafted engineering change notices for piping and functional electrical departments using Catia. More recently, at Atlas Container, I used ArtiosCAD and the Kongsberg table to create packaging samples and created promotional materials using Illustrator, PowerPoint, and product photography—always with an emphasis on workflow accuracy.
