At Dial Edge Telecom, I manage a multi-node bare-metal Linux fleet and extend Proxmox VE infrastructure with AWS for burst capacity and offsite backups. I deploy Kubernetes services and built Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines with Harbor integration.
I diagnosed a UFW firewall sync loop that caused production network flapping, stabilized the service, and redesigned the agent for idempotent reconciliation. I also designed centralized Prometheus and Grafana monitoring across four servers, with more than 20 dashboards generated from a Python source of truth.
On the Carrier DID Lookup Platform project, I designed an in-memory system for 1.18 billion records and a snapshot-based serving layer that achieved sub-millisecond lookup latency. My background also includes platform deployment work at Sterlings Tech and TAK Devs, and enterprise network operations for Pakistan's HEC PERN at Damcon Engineering.
