What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a finance operations role where I can own invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end close, partnering with Sales and Operations to strengthen controls, automation, and compliant reporting in SaaS/enterprise environments.

I’m a finance and accounting operations professional focused on accurate accounts payable processing, invoice verification, and controls. In my recent role, I executed high-volume 3-way invoice matching, identified discrepancies early, and supported compliant posting and reporting.

I manage end-to-end billing cycles—invoice creation, credit adjustments, and ledger reconciliation—while reviewing balance sheet schedules and GL balances to support timely month-end financial reporting. I also prepare monthly performance and profitability reports in line with US GAAP and internal requirements.
